1. Check with community members, do they really have a problem.
2. Create a landing on yep.so, share in the community and ask them to join the waitlist if they're interested in your idea

Create mockups! I used Balsamique Wireframe. I heard about Figma recently and I guess there are other apps to build your idea for very cheap.
