How does your idea life cycle begin?

Hi, I’ve been noticing as I read through comments on different products on PH, that everyone gets and tracks ideas in such interesting unique ways. So, decided to get a sense from the PH crew (where ideas evolve to become reality) about “what does your early idea capture process look like?” (I think of it like the early development stages similar to that of a child) 1. What rituals or challenges do you use/face to prepare for/get/catch an idea? 2. How do you record your ideas when they first hit? (Paper, Notion, iMessages, voice note, write on the wall, post-it notes, etc) 3. How do you track your ideas as you get more thoughts about it? And yes..all this is before any form of validation or evaluation (how you catch your ideas (the seeds) before they fizzle and evaporate). Thanks everyone!
