Read book while enjoying the quiet morning, eat breakfast with family, and take a cold shower.

Each morning, I begin my day by embracing a piping hot cup of coffee, relishing its aromatic depths and immersing myself in moments of pure serenity. These precious minutes grant me the space to introspect, carefully charting the nuances of the day ahead. Purposefully averting my gaze from the beckoning phone screen and refraining from diving into the email whirlpool, I intentionally safeguard myself from the allure of unnecessary stress and diversions. Instead, I might explore news related to ddd , allowing for a measured and composed start to my day.

Unfortunately, i start my days with looking at my phone. Trying to change that.

Every morning, I kickstart my day with a steaming cup of coffee, savoring its rich aroma and indulging in a few blissful moments of tranquility. This precious time allows me to delve deep within myself, contemplating and mapping out the intricate details of my upcoming day. By consciously resisting the urge to glance at my phone and I read some news about dddcodigo or succumb to the vortex of emails, I shield myself from the potential distractions and unwarranted stress that they may entail.

My morning routine typically starts with a cup of coffee and some quiet time to reflect and plan out my day. I try to avoid looking at my phone or checking emails first thing in the morning, as I find it can be distracting and stressful.
