    How do y'all decide to work on every quarter outside of large projects? Does your solution work for you? Why/why not?

    My team keeps track of ideas, tech debt, and easy wins by using a shared document, prioritizing items based on impact, and assigning owners and due dates. We also hold regular meetings to review progress and prioritize backlog based on team goals.
