How have you reached Product Market Fit/Proven Opportunity

Hello Everyone, Given that we're all founders here and probably aren't building products that solve each other's problems how are most of you reaching PMF? I believe this is probably the most difficult part of every early stage business, followed by distribution. I am curious to hear your experience and thoughts around how you solved the PMF dilemma.

So far the best strategies that I have come up with are: 1. Defining multiple customer personas 2. Cold out reach to these people that potential match one of the defined personas 3. Attempt to use the "mom test" to determine whether the app solves their problem or not 4. Iterate from there.
