For our org, it's important and we essentially monitor it daily. By removing unused resources and downscaling overprovisioned resources, we've saved more that 40% on our build. But it takes a lot of time to find and deal with those resources. I'd love to learn what strategies and procedures others follow periodically to save money in the cloud.

Effectively managing and reducing our AWS bill is of utmost importance for both me and my organization. Cost optimization in AWS ensures that resources are utilized efficiently, aligning expenses with actual needs. This is crucial for maintaining a cost-effective operation and maximizing the value of cloud services. Similarly, for those managing their electricity bills, the LESCO online bill platform provides a convenient way to monitor and control expenses. Just as organizations seek to optimize cloud costs, individuals can streamline utility payments through online platforms, contributing to overall financial efficiency. Both in the digital and utility realms, the emphasis on cost reduction reflects a commitment to responsible resource management and financial sustainability.
