How long did you take to get the first 1000 users?

It took us four months. There was active growth for the first two months, then it declined. We wanted to do it faster, but apparently we were doing something wrong. The first users were clients from another project. Now new users come organically from social and search channels. It's interesting to hear about your experience at the start.
