How many customer interviews have you made before writing first line of code ?

We kinda did the opposite. We identified a problem, create a customer persona, then work on the first MVP, and use the MVP to approach customers and conduct interviews. In our experience, it is much easier to get customers' needs and wants if you have a product for them to interact with. FYI, Afforai is launching today.
