After reading your question, I searched on Google and found that 'Product-led growth is a business strategy in which a company uses its product as the main tool to acquire customers.'

A product that can sell itself through its own functionality.
Known about it for sometime but I feel like its an extension of the primary "P" from the 4Ps of Marketing i.e. "Product". Ensuring you have a superior product with a seamless product experience is the key to ensure that the users spend more time with the product making it a part of their life, leading to a growth strategy which keeps product at the forefront. While traditionally product included more tangible parameters for ranking high on satisfaction, today its more to do with intangible aspects of users interacting with the product shining a spotlight on user experience.
