I’ve found that a small, focused team can often be more effective than a large one for a successful launch.

@leo93 we did our first launch with a team of 4. We got our #1 Product of the Day. So I can confirm that from my personal experience.

I think having a small, focused team can be enough if everyone knows their role well. I’d say around 3-5 people should do the trick.

For me, a team of 5 worked best. It’s enough to cover all bases without getting too crowded.

A team of around 3-7 people usually works well. It’s enough to delegate tasks effectively and keep everything on track.

In my experience, around 10 people seems ideal. You get enough diversity in experience without overwhelming communication channels.

I think team size totally depends on the scope and complexity of what you're launching. For something straightforward, 4-6 dedicated folks can crush it. But if it's a big, multi-faceted project, you might need a few more specialized roles in the mix. The key is having a team that's agile, has great chemistry, and can wear multiple hats when needed to get stuff done. Wishing you an awesome launch! 🚀

For larger projects, I’d recommend at least 8 10 people to cover all bases, from marketing to tech support

From my experience, having a core team of about 3-5 people is usually enough. Each person can take on a critical role, making the process smoother and more manageable.

I think the ideal team size really depends on the scope of the project. While a smaller team can be more agile, it can also mean more workload per person. It’s crucial to balance the team size with the project's demands to avoid burnout and ensure a successful launch.

It really depends on the scope and complexity of your project, but I've found 4-8 people to be a sweet spot - enough to have the key skills covered but still small enough to be nimble. The ideal is a hustling hacker or two to build the core, a designer to make it shine, someone on the marketing/biz dev side, and maybe a jack-of-all-trades to fill gaps. More than raw headcount though, it's about having a passionate, mission-aligned team ready to wear many hats. Keep it lean and go get 'em! 💪
