Having too much AI is like having too many tabs open - it can slow things down and make a mess, but when managed wisely, it can work wonders!
I think it's more about the quality of output. No amount of AI is too much if you manage it well & keep evolving your role as a user to not make it product generic, boring & sub-par results.

I think ultimately it is the hyper dependence on AI that hampers. AI makes everything extremely convenient, but once you get used to say creating things, like writing for example with AI, you could get used to it, so much that it becomes too difficult to ideate without the assistance of AI.
