  • How much do you invest per month in your wellness/fitness!?

Curious about how much walletshare PHers assign to all things health, wellness, fitness. Let's set aside traditional healthcare (insurance, dr's visits, etc.), I'm talking about discretionary, proactive investment like: - gym membership - fitness apps/trackers/wearables - nutritional supplements - coaching/personal training - health foods - etc! Is there an area you aspire to invest in more? If you don't want to share actual amounts all good! Consider sharing as a percentage of income. Would love to put some numbers around it if possible. Yes, I'm launching something in the space tomorrow (would love your support!). But hoping we can use this as an excuse to learn about the trends and habits in our PH community... https://www.producthunt.com/products/bodysherpa

Investing in wellness is personal. I spend around $100 monthly on fitness and healthy habits. If you're curious about natural ways to support well-being, check out BetterMe's article on matcha tea https://betterme.world/articles/.... It highlights matcha's potential benefits for energy and metabolism while offering practical wellness tips, making it a great addition to your routine.

    - Gym is included with my apartment for free - Don't use any fitness apps or trackers - I spend about $10 per week on fruits and veggies and protein powder for a healthy green drink in the morning. I try not to spend a lot of money, but I prioritize my health by getting better sleep, exercising 30 min a day, and eating well.

I don't have a specific amount that I give every month. However, I do workout at home and keep a healthy lifestyle.

The gyms around my neighborhood are expensive and don't have a lot of space, I tried jumping rope at home, which was effective in the beginning, but gradually I felt that it lacked fun, then I spent almost a year making a body-capture exercise game for myself to play, and it was very unexpected and surprisingly fun, and I'm sticking with it now!
