How much do you spend on branding and design? Do you handle it in-house or hire an agency/freelancer

In my experience, it's alwaaaaays way better to have team in-house. Agencies are usually quite expensive and won't ever deliver the 10/10 design you need.

We hire people to make some kind of banner, and the designer in the team is already busy with other things 😄

Currently, we handle branding and design in-house, and from my personal experience, it's been incredibly beneficial. By having our creative team on board, we're able to maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity that resonates with our vision.

From someone who has worked both in-house and freelance designer, I'd say that having someone in-house speeds up things. It also allows you as a team to better understand the project/product as a whole. However, if you choose to outsource the branding and design, communication is the key.
