How much do you value yourself?

Recently I saw a post on Linkedin saying that of the Top 100 most followed accounts on Tiktok, 97 are personalities and 3 are brands. So I have some questions for you all: 1. What do you think personal brands beat brands? 2. Are clients choosing personalities before companies? 3. If you are the creator, where do you find motivation? I started creating content about UI and UX on my Linkedin profile, I got 110% more profile views and engagement!
