How much time do you want to dedicate to work during Christmas holidays?

Is there any difference in how much time you spend on your job compared to a normal work week?
Is anything changing at all?
(I know some cultures don't have these holidays right now, but what about those that do.)

I wish for a break of at least that 24 hrs from workπ
It has always been back to back client meetings for the past 1 week, and my brain smells like a barbecueπ

@busmark_w_nika In sales and marketing, there's no such term as "rest". It's always "roast" π N on vacations you get charred π¦βπ₯

Nothing changes, except my glass is filled with Martini - not water.
During Christmas, I prefer to work less, focusing on family and relaxation. Itβs a time to recharge and enjoy. πβ¨π

10%. I'll probably still interact with the community a bit, but other than that, it's all family time.

Haha I feel ya on the brain bbq! π§ π₯ I'm gonna try to fully unplug for at least 48 hrs straight, maybe even 72 if I can swing it. ποΈπ΄ We all need some serious R&R to recharge those mental batteries! β‘π Client requests can wait a couple days, amirite?? π Happy holidays! π
Christmas time is family time for me, so I will be taking 8 days off to fully enjoy the holidays with my loved ones.
Itβs a special opportunity to step away from work, recharge, and focus on what truly matters β spending quality time with family and creating lasting memories.
Merry Christmas to all of you and in case you don't celebrate Christmas: Happy Holidays! π
Well, things are different every year. Last year my family and I spent a Christmas full of rituals. And I still have a lot of important work to deal with this year, but I think I will try my best to spend some time with my family.
I try to balance work and downtime during the holidays. While I'll stay on top of urgent tasks

@leland_kuphal Question: What belongs to urgent tasks? :D
