  • How often do you say to yourself: "I can't. I can't do it"

Every time a person says to himself: "I can't. I can't do it," he leaves another corridor of possibilities. Thus, he limits himself and slows down his own development. Do you often say this to yourself?

Never. Sounds hard, but if you don't pull yourself together at all times and strive for greatness, you can't achieve it either. You can't get to the top if you don't repeat it to yourself constantly.

Once I said to myself that I could not make it to a particular company and clear the interview (and now I am working in the same company).

@rehan_mansoor An interesting way to stimulate yourself))
I completely agree with you. Whenever we say no, we can't do this, we force our minds into believing that this is impossible for us, which is not. I used to say it a lot, but honestly, now I don't.

@qudsia_ali In many cases, talking about it is useless. It's so easy to say to yourself, "I can't." In this case, you will not have to make efforts and take responsibility. It is a trap. But how attractive is sheπŸ˜’
