I often see people siting in front of their screen for 2 to 3 hours straight. How long should you work until you take a break? what is the best way to spend your break time at work?

Personally, sitting down for too long to work feels so exhausting. So I get up at intervals to walk around, lay down on my back or just do some other activities for few minutes.

Taking a break has a direct impact on boosting your productivity. I do take it every 60-90 minutes.
It is really hard to sit for straight 2-3 hours. I feel exhausted even after 30 mins.

I have to leave my seat for 2-3 minutes every 30 minutes. During the break, I play ping pong with my colleagues.

When a client asks me how much I charge per hour, I always say the same thing: that question doesn't make sense in my job. I sometimes work while taking a shower, riding my bike or even when sleeping. I don't sell my time, I solve problems and get paid to implement the solution. Today there are many jobs like mine. The time we are in front of the computer is nothing more than the process of transferring what is already solved in our heads to a digital medium. So taking breaks at work doesn't make sense for me either :)

I love sitting and getting my work done in a large sitting, I know it's not good for my health, but it gives me mental satisfaction that I got done earlier than I would have if I didn't take shorter breaks in between!

Relax or go for a stroll in the park. For up to two hours, moderate exercise has been shown to boost performance and creativity. Furthermore, being in nature enhances your mood, reduces stress, and boosts your energy and attention. https://www.americanbookwriting....
