How to build an intuitive UIUX design from the get go

Building an intuitive design is one of the most important aspects in any UIUX work you do. So if you have to make sure your designs are intuitive from the get go, just consider 3 things (along with the design tool knowledge you hold on to) - 1. End purpose of this website, content studio, or commerce, and the purpose of each section and page for the business/organization 2. All possible customer journeys (from the customer's perspective, not a hypothetical one) 3. Not twisting the common use case of a design element (opposite of common sense) What would you add?

@jgani Example - Everybody knows what to "expect" when they click or hover over the symbol ⓘ which is that it will provide some additional info about something. You must have seen these on pricing tables commonly. Now, in your design, if a user clicks on the symbol ⓘ and it opens up a new page OR it opens up a popup form ... that's unexpected, and not in a good way. You twisted the use case of that design element. Bad user experience.
