How to differentiate your product, even though you really don't have a 'Differentiator/Benefit'?

Has anyone brought to market a product that has, in the MVP stage, no real competitive differentiators in an already saturated market?
If so, any tips for how to differentiate your product, even though you really don't have much in terms of differentiating/"better" features?

Perhaps a set of two or three features could be your differentiator?

I think every innovative product needs to have some differentiating product feature, and if it doesn't, the main thing that can set it apart is branding and material design/UI. If you aren't better product-wise, you need to at least look better.

In those cases choosing a niche you understand can really help.
If you are building a new Trello, then it's not a Trello X, but "The best Task Management for Indie Game Developers", "The best Task Management for Single Moms", "The best Task Management for Organizing Parties" 😄

@arpitmishra that mostly depends on the niche you are targeting and its Total Addressable Market. So if you don't go to small I believe so, yes.
After you've got a certain piece of that particular market you can start testing and expanding to the next similar niches. This time it should be a lot easier because you already have a track record, processes setup etc 😄
