How to do pricing conversations with SaaS customers?

We are a Web 3.0 marketing tool with a freemium product out and being used by 20+ Web 3.0 projects. Now want to understand as per their feedback, how to price the existing product. Not sure how to go about doing this price discovery. What are some of the ways one can discover the right pricing via customer conversations? Any tips/ best practices welcome.
