Marketing is hard. Finding good marketers even harder. What works for you when you need to hire a content manager, SEO or PPC expert?

I think really thinking about the niche you want to exist in first and hire for work ethic / cultural fit > skillset (as long as they have the requirements) From my experience it's way easier to hire the right person once VS trying to find the person with the perfect skillset. - also they tend to be outside of the budget haha
