Today I'm going to reveal the best-kept secret. Most sales agencies don't want you to know how these simple strategies can increase your conversion rate by up to 35%. Here are five ways you can increase the conversion rate of your cold call emails 1) Reach out to department heads and other employees. Most people struggle to close deals because there is no trust between the two organizations. Contact the right departments other than a company's CXO in the first round of emails. Now send a contact request to the CXOs after ten days and get in touch with them. At the next weekly meeting, your company pitch will be discussed; if you've connected with more than one person, your chances of conversion increase. 2) Invest in PR. I can't stress this enough. When you make an offer to your customers, the first thing they will do is Google you. If they can't find a credible website that talks about you, you have no chance of attracting more prospects. So invest in PR; it's one of the best long-term investments you can make for your brand. 3) Optimize your social media profiles. Your first impression is your last impression. If you have an outdated profile with no content, the potential customers you're targeting won't take you seriously. So take some time and optimize your profiles. They stop following up after 1-3 months or probably after 4-8 emails.
