We use voice messages, Coffee-Breaks and huddles to keep in touch with the colleagues. What about your team?

Communication is the key to maintaining group dynamics in remote teams. Our company offers two products that help to ignite team spirit and maintain group dynamics. Our product, WorkHub Connect, is a state-of-the-art communication tool featuring an innovative "Team Wall." This unique feature captures live headshots of online team members and displays them on a virtual wall, giving online team members the feeling of a team. Our second product, "BRAVO," is employee reward and recognition software that promotes a culture of appreciation and teamwork.

Maintaining group dynamics in a remote team can be challenging, but our product, OurSails, offers an effective solution. Our small team of six, each with 15-20 years of experience in development and product management, was tired of the urgency and fragmentation caused by tools like Slack and Teams. That’s why we built OurSails as our primary communication tool. Since we started using OurSails internally, it has transformed the way we collaborate. We’ve moved away from the constant interruptions and information overload of other tools to a more streamlined and focused approach. We’ve also just launched on AppSumo looking for additional feedback, and we’d love for you to join us and experience the difference OurSails can make for your team. Check out OurSails on Product Hunt and jump on board with our special offer on AppSumo.

Our team keeps the vibes flowing with virtual happy hours, trivia nights, and a dedicated Slack channel for memes. How do you spice up your remote team rhythm?

Easy, just stay connected and communicated all time. Do several meeting to explain soemthing or just as a break to talk. I'm working remotely and is not as difficult as I thought with good internal communication. One important thing is to celebrate all the little thing you or you colleagues have achieved.

@cedrik_esnemez we developed a matching solution for remote teams. Employees get directly matched in their workspace and jump directly in our Coffee-Break environment. As admin you can choose between different moderation types. So it's not just about the matching, it's about shaping connections for example through questions about the own interests or a fun quiz where the attendees answering personal questions about each other. We do have an all-in-on-suite for the german market and our customers love especially the quiz. We are launching soon.
