How to make sure that your AI-based app works well (with zero budget)

A startup had an ambitious goal to create an AI-based application. But to find new clients, they should be sure of their AI prompts and adequate work of features. To check all this, they had a zero budget, so the verification work was done by co-founders themselves. And real co-founders' tasks, like communication with new partners, were suffering. A huge amount of time was wasted on this technical job. The startup asked us to help with technical checks of AI features, and technical documentation creation.
