How to Manage a team and be productive in creative areas as a Designer?

Hello, Readers! I have been working as a Lead Product Designer in India's Top Design Agency, Procreator. For the past couple of months, I have been Managing teams and mentoring team members to bring out the best in them. While Working on team members and managing different aspects of projects, What I have realised that I have started lacking on the creative side. I have been practicing a few things to get back on track like dedicating a few hours just for myself but I would love to know what your experience says in this case.
