    I have just participated in IT conference and found a huge interest in IntelSwift (AI customer service platform). Many startups are interested in demos in order to find insights from leads, analyse what they want but more important to answer their requests instantly, make exceptional service! 95% startups fail on that and lose their time and money! We have just launched for the general access and have some insights already: 1. Customers want to try the full version not a free one. In just 1 week we have changed the free to 1 -month trial. 2. Customers are sceptical about AI solutions, but when AI agents provide 10 of 10 responses, they say just wow 😮 3. Interested customers ask a question about price at the end of the small talk, no need to break your voice in conversations that will never convert into a paid customer. 4. Companies want to save time on reports and insights to make strategic decisions on daily basis. Our ICP is tech companies and startups. At least we just started to validate our customers. Do you have any tips on finding your ICP and how to reduce CAC for tech companies? 🧐🧐🧐
