How to relax during the weekend.

Okay, friends. I know that we all want to be productive because of results, success, and the like...
But don't forget to rest, as well, because the creative process happens even when we are not working intentionally.
π Here, I give a few options that you can try to "turn off" your mind a bit, but at the same time, do something where you learn something new or develop your skills.
β½οΈ Do some sports β it is proven that happy hormones (endorphins) are released when you move.
β°οΈ Go on a trip to a neighboring town or village β make yourself a little adventure where you get to know a new place or people.
π Go to the cinema, the theater, or a concert β support the local culture and enjoy yourself artistically.
π¨βπ©βπ¦βπ¦ Spend quality time with family and friends - these people should be the strongest pillars of your life.
β¨ Reflect on your successes/failures, experiences, and feelings, visualize what you want - stimulate your imagination, and be honest with yourself.
What else can you do?
Please, let me know in the comments what your relaxation looks like.

Nature helps me relax and recharge, especially beautiful mountains and the ocean. I'm lucky to live by the seaβit really helps me feel better after a long week of work.

@pothamram Even with stunning nature, repetition can get tiresome;). Whenever possible, I seek out new experiences π

Take some time to yourself and take a walk or read a book
Wow, this is a fantastic discussion! It's so important to take time to relax and recharge during the weekend. Personally, my relaxation also involves reading a good book or trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Thanks for starting this conversation and reminding us to prioritize self-care!
