have you ever heard of the Mom-test concept? I've been using it to make decisions about my product, and it's been really helpful! It's a great way to get honest feedback from someone who isn't personally invested in your product. you can gain valuable insights into what features are truly important to your target audience.

@carmela_padasas instead of asking if our product should have a particular feature, I think we should prioritize our features by asking things like "Do you guys have any processes in place to solve issues related to OOO?" It's super important to understand how our customers are tackling specific problems and why they're using particular approaches.

To me it's all about focus! Add what really helps solving the need you're addressing, and nothing more :) Of course, beyond core features, there can be "nice-to-have"s, but I always keep in mind that every new feature added is an investment (sometimes a big one) and increases entropy in your product

Focus on your vision and your target group! What do you have in the plans and how will you get there? What will your target group benefit from on the way? Keep this in mind when adding features, otherwise, you will loose focus trying to implement features that your product might not need to be unique, successful and what you envisioned it to be!
