How to successfully use Hacker news to launch a product?

Hey, Community:) It's my first discussion here. Sorry if something is wrong from my side. We're building a new visual PKM app and planned launches on Sep. I lack experience with good communication on HN. Curious to know any advice to start. Thank you, and believe in the power of Product Hunt:)

  1. write about problems,
  2. consistency is key — keep posting.
