This is the hustle era, and finding a job is tough for everyone. The process is stressful, hundreds of applications, countless interviews, rejections, and then finally landing a job.

How was your experience? Any tips for freshers?

Took me a while to land my first gig out of school, around 3-4 months of applying and interviewing. Stayed there for a year to get some solid experience under my belt before making a move to a better opportunity. Sometimes you gotta grind it out at first to set yourself up for future success!

Got lucky with my 1st job thru a friend, so was pretty easy! Stayed almost 2 yrs before I got antsy for something new & challenging. No regrets tho, great experience & I learned a ton! 💪📈
