I launched my app but I have 0 users please answer the question every answer is important

Launching your product on ProductHunt would literally put it on the frontpage in front of many people. You could also post it on Twitter / Reddit.

I personally really like Reddit as you can really easily get it in front of people interested in topics related to your product and get quite a lot of views without having to build a massive audience first unlike more people-centric platforms like Twitter

Build a network :)

It's how I got my first customers. Mostly people I know, then people they know, and so on. Word of mouth is the best way to get new clients.
