Reach out to 100-300 different people all over the web (Twitter, LinkedIn, IG, Facebook, Slack, etc) and share the problem you are solving. To those who will relate to the problem, share the link to download the ebook. Study where you had the most success aka find the channel ( among one of these: Twitter, LinkedIn, IG, Facebook, Slack, etc) with the most traction. That channel or those channels with the most traction, launch and advertize your ebook there.

Is it that you don't have an audience or you don't have a plan? which is it?

if you don't have an audience then it's a bigger issue than not having a launch funnel for your ebook....

I won't recommend influencer marketing... why? because you don't have any social proof to tell their customers that this ebook will help them.

try audience building on social media.
