I am building a tool to help users Flip Social Accounts with Escrow. Would love your feedback!

Hey everyone, I've put the interest in building a tool to help users to flip, swap, buy and sell social accounts safely, with verification and securely using Escrow, as a way of eradicating account scam and fraud during transactions. The major problem users face when they are buying and selling social accounts, or social businesses is: the non authenticity, possible fraud, non account ownership verification. Therefore most potential buyers mostly end up paying for "air" and most sellers end up receiving "air funds". This is how I came up with the tool TinySoko - https://tinysoko.com I've built a waitlist MVP, and I would love to get your thoughts on it. Here's what it does: A) Seller - Seller Sign Up - Get authenticated and Verifies their account - Seller submits their social account listing - Authenticates account ownership by linking the account intended to be listed and sold - Once Published B) Buyer - Signs up and authenticates their account - Explores available listings on the marketplace - Send an Offer - Offer is accepted, buyer is prompted to fund their Escrow C) Both Buyer and Seller - Once funds are secured in Escrow, The Seller gets notified - Seller then gets to share account credentials on the data room - Buyer gets access to the account and Verifies ownership transfer - Seller gets paid. Fraud and Dispute Mitigation Post-Transaction. Since this is a transaction process that requires two parties to trust each other, there's always an expectation of such issues rising, and by that I have been able to put a feature in place to manage and handle disputes post-transaction. - This should be a rare occurrence, because the buyer has 24 Hours to login to the account, verify all details before finalising the acceptance. If they do not agree, they are obligated to return the account back to the seller via the data room. Once seller confirms to have received the account ownership back, the Escrow funds will be channelled back to the Buyer. My aim is to keep the SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS Swapping Free, Open and Fast for the users.
