I am looking for a Jr FE React developer (Figured we'd reach out to the PH community first!)

Our primary focus is to help users craft compelling, value-rich bridge pages that help boost sales and enhance customer retention. From crafting engaging lead magnets to building informative mini-courses and captivating testimonial pages, we've made it all intuitive. **Position Overview:** We're actively seeking an ambitious Jr. Front End Developer to join our remote-first team. As one of our initial engineering hires, your contributions will have an immediate impact on the business while you work alongside our CTO/Co-founder and Head of Operations. While this position begins as a contract role, our long-term vision is to transition the successful candidate into a full-time permanent position. You'll be immersed in a dynamic React/Next.js development environment, and prior experience with tools like Tailwind, Turborepo, and Vercel will be valuable assets. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the development team to build and amend front-end interfaces - Create templates and design themes - Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs - Monitor application performance and forecast potential production issues - Help create SOPs for the development department - Optimize application scalability to maximize speed and efficiency **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Experience in front-end development, with proficiency in React and Next.js - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including responsive design - Version control experience with Git - Ability to work in a fast paced, startup environment - Expert communication skills (English) - Familiarity with Tailwind, Turborepo, Vercel, or similar tools is a plus **Location:** This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere globally.
