I was thinking about the strongest hook I have ever read and the only one I can remember is mentioned in the title.
🤬 When you use "HATE" it draws people in.
When you do not finish the sentence with "Hate", people want to know what you hate.
It also works well when you use... "I hate XY"... and they want to know the reason.
Notice, how many discussions are full of anger that generates another anger. ("engagement, smth controversial" = good for social media cause you to stay in the app)
🤖 There's a famous case from 2016 and Microsoft's chatbot that generated responses based on people's "hate" Tweets. The chatbot was so full of hate that they had to shut it down: https://bit.ly/hate-hook
So... was the "hate" in the title the reason why you are here and read these lines?

@konrad_sx This is actually a good comment Konrad! Do you think that they restrict certain words? Like censorship? 🤔 Because on Facebook or similar social media things related to hate are still trending.
@busmark_w_nika It may just be since people on PH have a different focus. If you think how to get followers that upvote your product, "hate" probably doesn't come into your mind so easily.

@sentry_co In our country the most hate is on Facebook – so I quit and return only to groups for MEMEs and events. 😀 The rest is cringe to me because I created "space junk" from the internet space (50%). 😆

@busmark_w_nika i am always trying to find a better way to reach people.... using high commitment emotions to grab attention is a tried and tested way of doing that. And you succeeded...
Sometimes marketing techniques are crazy and of course people like to watch hate more than praise 🤬
@boris_moris44 yeah... people are always attracted by hate and s€x related things. That's why the TV is full of these things.

Crazy marketing technique.
@whygauravvv Thank you, Yash. It is a fact. In our country, there was one marketing campaign related to homophobia, and also racism. People in the comments were rude. The brand uses a very informal way of communication (tone-of-voice) when responding and I was amazed at how they handled the whole situation. It was a brilliant case study of what people are like.
