I used to use some techniques like Eisenhower matrix it was very effective
Time blocking ftw! π I block off chunks of focus time on my calendar each day to tackle important tasks without interruption. Also automating repetitive things like scheduling meetings, formatting docs, and paying bills saves me hours every week. Delegation is key too - outsourcing admin tasks to a VA was a game changer for freeing up my time. Hope this helps give you some ideas to reclaim your day!
