@gagandt Whether it's for your resume or interviews, I always recommend thinking in advance about what YOU want to highlight regarding your skills, experience, and the role you are aiming for. I truly believe that this introspection helps showcase your unique value.
One tip: identify those core competences you developed throughout your career that might be useful for any role.

@gagandt I'd say if you're really into a certain job, you shouldn't be afraid to do extra to impress the potential employer. Nearly all of the best employees I've hired have done some of these
1. Customise a message to the founder / relevant manager with attachments (as follows)
2. A proposal / PPT on how to improve the company's XYZ
3. A loom video to present (2)
