I have developed an App that helps you to track your FlowState, allowing the user to become aware of what activities are in your flow and what is not. It also gives the user a chance for self-reflection in the evening, which is a critical step in becoming aware of your Flow, allowing you to change the way you think about certain activities, or just avoid them. I am new to Product Hunt and I want to raise some interest for my app and also collect some wider feedback from a more diverse user base (you folks!). @monoshitsu1974 There are many, but in no particular order; develop the self-reflection part, to make it more interactive and based on what the user has actually logged as activity; add a timer function to the flow activity so you can also have a “start” and finish time; add simplified structure to track the emotional part when logging an activity. But for now, baby steps, taking it steady.

@adams11g Well, all I can suggest is give it a try! It motivates by giving you a visual cue that your flow is trending good/bad and also with the tips/reminders to spur you on in how to improve your flow. It allows the user to easily see what has been in flow, and not in flow during their day, rather than having those last drinks in the evening and thinking, “oh, what a great day I’ve had”, when actually there was a lot of trash in there… 🙂
