@vdelitz I use BuzzSumo for trending content and topics and to understand what are our and our competitors' backlinks. For email, I use Hubspot and I like it a lot!

@vdelitz to be honest, what has helped me most is doing lots of A/B testing: trying different email subjects, different hours, different CTAs, and figuring out what works best. Also try to split your target email list per region so that you ensure they receive the emails at an appropriate time, while working and not at night. I have found that 9 am or 12 pm works best. And personalize a lot!
