Ideas on how to do Customer Interview if there is no authorization in the app?

Hi there ✌️ We want to poll users about why they use our app. The only opportunity to do it fast is push notifications. We're afraid if we pay for a call or give them gift cards, the survey results can be skewed. When we ask users like «please, complete our survey blablabla», they don’t pay attention.
