    Okay, so you are a kickass marketer, but what if you were not one? What are the skills of a marketer that can overlap with other careers? Candid and honest responses are welcome.

    Design & sales. I come from those areas and pivoted to marketing. Lots of overlapping skills.

    Marketing itself is a big topic ranging from analytical work to creative one. Sales can be very close if you are outgoing and a people‘s person. If you are a more creative person, I would say fashion or hospitality could also be an option.
