If you aren't implementing an AI strategy, are you going to be left behind?

Hi community, there has been a lot of talk, both within my company and across the industry around AI and how different businesses are taking advantage of it's capabilities. I'd be interested in hearing from the variety of people here on whether they think implementing AI in their product is non-negotiable or whether (although useful) is just the current buzzword and not applicable to all.
