If you could automate one thing in your life, what would it be?

I had a great discussion with my friend about the world of automation and how reliant we've become on tech for basic tasks. It's somewhat scary when you really think about it. Take ChatGPT, for example. Personally, I find it hard to imagine completing my work without it. But let's be realistic, this trend isn't going to stop any time soon, nor should it. So, my question is: if you could automate one thing in your life, what would it be? For me, I'd choose automated health monitoring. A few months back, I encountered some health issues (I'm fine now), and it struck me how incredible it would be to receive notifications about what your body needs to maintain better health.

I love the idea of automated Health monitoring, I would personally be very happy about it as well :) I would also add automated monitoring for toxic and unhealthy connections, so that all the negative people would be automatically kicked out of your network :))

While thinking about your question, I was reading your description and instantly agreed with your choice. Health monitoring is vital for everyone in these busy life we're all having and when it comes to the elderly like our parents, it'll be like a life saving caspule.

@hosseinyazdi maybe you have heard something developing that? I'm thinking, that if Elon testing Neuralink on humans already, something similar to health monitoring shouldn't be far away from us. What do you think?

Automating health monitoring sounds like a game-changer! Who wouldn't want real-time updates on their well-being? Plus, it's like having a personal health assistant 24/7. Here's to a future where our bodies send us push notifications!

Health monitoring would be amazing, but it's definitely a market with a few barriers to entry and depends on your country of business, right ?

Dealing with checking all my paper mail maybe. If someone invents an easy way for this, let me know. Or if it already exists
