If you could use only one of these recruitment methods to grow your team, which one would you pick?

With the massive amount of recruitment tools out there, I'm really curious to hear the Product Hunt community's take on hiring! If there was only one method available, meaning that you wouldn't get access to any other data of the candidates, which one would you choose? For example, if you look at resumes, you're not allowed to do any online testing or interviews. If you interview, you can't ask for a take-home work assignment or resume. And so on. Does your preference depend on the role you're hiring for? Why do you prefer one method over others? Would love to hear what you think!

first a assessment test then job interview- but if only 1, then job interview where questions on the test could be asked. test would just filter out exceptional candidates
