If you had to choose one skill for leaders, what would it be?

Learning is a core skill for a Leader.

May sound obvious, but they should have the skill to lead people.

Empathy. In my experience, the ability to genuinely understand and connect with others is the most critical leadership skill. Without empathy, it's impossible to build trust, motivate teams, and navigate complex challenges. Technical skills matter of course, but empathy enables true leadership. Just my two cents!
