To make signage stand out in a crowded area, I’d use bold, contrasting colors, clear and concise text, and large fonts for easy readability. Including intuitive icons and strategic placement at eye level would also ensure visibility and quick comprehension.

I'd use bold, contrasting colors and a simple, clear font to grab attention instantly.

Why not make it interactive? Adding motion, light or sound can make it impossible to ignore, even in a crowded space.

Placing the sign at eye level or slightly above the crowd helps me ensure it's visible even when it's busy.

Maybe it would be smart to go for absolute minimalism at this point?
