Do you read reviews to gauge customer pulse? If so, how regularly?
Do they shape your roadmap in terms of new feature ideas or bugs to fix in the latest release etc? 
Curious to learn how companies think about app reviews.

@mpaine thanks for your response but I guess I didn't make myself clear. I'm interested in learning about the utility of app reviews from the perspective of app developers. Do the app devs listen to user feedback in mobile app reviews, are there cases of such feedback actually helping them? And so on..
