I would say it's important to have informal conversations with colleagues which could replace chats at the coffee machine. However, it's hard to recreate this on video, as we tend to go straight to the subject of the call. Fortunately, there are tools like @anna_kasumova 's Ploito that let you recreate a virtual office 🙌

Daily / weekly checkins where you talk some work but also talk life / goals / future / popular culture. If you feel like you're letting someone who you care about down - that is the best motivator to not do a specific thing or to make sure you do a good job.
