In your workplace, what position do you occupy and what would you consider to be your best skill?

I am a CEO and my role at the moment is product manager. Minimizing communication cost, setting goals and priorities are my main duties and what I want to be good at. I am not quite sure if I am good at them enough but I'm doing my best.
