Interested to know what you do for self care.

Morning guys!
What do you do to maintain self care? Top of my list has to be traveling and urban hiking (I know, not very traditional). I started taking solo trips last year and can walk around a new city for miles at a time. There's just something calming to me about exploring new places... while getting my steps in.
When I'm not out and about for an extended period of time I just don't have the same motivation to get stuff done. I think meeting new people and being active is what gave me the motivation to pursue my startup.

Meditation and walks through the nature are my favorite routines for health care.
I also really like podcasts for mental health.
